Tuesdays Tidbit

Remembering to pay those oddly timed bills such as the quarterly water or yearly car rego can be difficult when theirs always so many other things to remember.

If your like me and sometimes struggle to remember when what is due, setting up a form of auto reminder can be just the thing you need. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy or complicated.

I personally use a regular old calendar that is pinned to my bookshelf. I write any doctors appointments, school events and any bills that are due at the start of each month, or for quarterly and yearly ones, I go through at the start of every year and write down there due date. This helps ensure all bills are budgeted for and taken into account to avoid any last minute surprises. You could also set up auto reminders on your phone, a calendar app on your computer, or even schedule yourself emails. There is no right or wrong way to do this, just as long as its something that works for you.
